I'm drawn to the authentic and contagious spark created by honesty, vulnerability, and curiosity that allows everyone's light to shine brightly, unfettered by the fear of "getting it wrong." Because...authenticity, vulnerability, and honesty is what frees us from carrying the extra weight we take on, covering up the light of who we were truly made to be.

It’s the light that guides the way to who we are and the precious and invaluable light we each bring to the world. Plus, my middle name is Joy. It’s not only who I am but what I seek to discover, spark, and kindle in others.
